Is this the lighting you are talking about for the (One light source) diagram?

To create lighting diagrams you can use this free software:
http://rienquepourlesyeux.free.fr/Lighting%20Studio%20Photo/studio%20lighting.htm
“Lighting Studio Creator” is a lighting diagrams software for Windows.
You can open / save / print / export in JPG.
You can add settings for all elements.
It is interresting to have the settings of the lights, Flashs, DSLR, with and height of reflector, …
Go and see.
